We developed a luxury cocktail bar at Esmé featuring a disruptive beverage program with proprietary spirit blends that elevated the cocktail experience. Accompanying the drinks was a small plates menu that showcased the rich diversity of Latin cuisine in Miami.

 

This combination created an inviting atmosphere where guests could enjoy unique flavors and celebrate the vibrant culinary scene of the city.
